Milo Djukanovic won Sunday the first round of the presidential election in Montenegro. He returned to power after dropping out of office almost two years ago.
It is “the victory of the European future in Montenegro,” Milo Djukanovic reacted, who has committed himself to act during his five-year mandate to bring the country closer to the EU with 620,000 inhabitants.
